(Neoprene, Polychloroprene) is made by the polymerization of monomers from chlorine-butene. Rubber elastic resistance is good after vulcanization. It is not afraid of direct exposure to sunlight, particularly good weather resistance, not afraid of intense distorted, not afraid of refrigerating fluid, resistance to acid resistance, silicon ester lubricants, but the impatience of phosphate-based hydraulic oil. Easy to crystallize at low temperatures, hardening. Storage stability is poor at low aniline point mineral oil expansion volume. General temperature range of -50 ~ 150 ℃.

Advantages:

1). good elasticity character;

2). good compression character;

3). the recipe does not contain sulfur, so it is easy to make;

4). it resists to vegetable oils and animal oils;

5). neutral chemicals, fats, oils, various oils and solvents will not impact on physical  properties;

6). with flame-proof properties;

7). resistance R12 seals of refrigerating fluid;

Disadvantages:

not recommend to use of a strong acid, nitro hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, chloroform and chemicals into the system

Applications:

1). rubber parts or seals on appliances;

2).suitable for the production of direct touch with the atmosphere, sunlight, ozone components;

3). for a variety of fire resistant, chemical resistant rubber products;
